Your company is based in Finland and uses Finnish accounting systems
You need Finnish per diem (päivärahat) and mileage calculations
Your tilitoimisto uses Talenom, Fennoa, Heeros, Fivaldi, or other Finnish-specific software
You want a native Netvisor API integration, not CSV exports
You value having corporate cards, travel expenses, subscriptions, and accounting in one platform
You want a platform built for Nordic depth, not pan-European breadth

Pleo's per diem feature does not cover Finland. If your team travels for work and you need Finnish per diem calculations — automatic rates, multi-country trip legs, meal deductions — Zevoy handles this natively. Pleo doesn't.
Both platforms connect to Netvisor, but the method matters. Zevoy pushes expenses through Netvisor's API — your bookkeeper gets complete vouchers with receipts in Netvisor's bookkeeping reports. Pleo exports a CSV file that someone has to manually import. That's the difference between automation and a workaround.
Talenom, Fennoa, Heeros, Fivaldi, Lemonsoft, Visma L7, Netbaron, Efina, EmCe, Oscar, Maestro, and Finnish e-invoicing. If your company or your tilitoimisto uses any of these, Pleo doesn't have an answer. Zevoy has dedicated export templates for all of them.
Can I switch from Pleo to Zevoy?
Yes. Zevoy's onboarding team helps you migrate your expense setup. The main work is configuring your accounting integration and categories — typically done in a 30-minute onboarding session.
Does Pleo support Finnish per diem?
No. Pleo's per diem feature does not cover Finland. Finnish per diem with automatic rate calculation, multi-country trip legs, and meal deductions is a Zevoy feature.
Does Pleo have a Netvisor API integration?
No. Pleo offers Netvisor support via CSV export — you download a file and import it manually. Zevoy connects directly through Netvisor's API.
Is Zevoy more expensive than Pleo?
Zevoy uses fixed monthly pricing. Pleo uses per-user pricing that scales with your team size. The right choice depends on your team size and which features you need. Contact us for a quote.
Can I use both?
Technically yes, but it defeats the purpose. The value of Zevoy is having cards, expenses, travel claims, and accounting in one place — splitting across platforms creates the fragmentation both tools are designed to eliminate.
Both Zevoy and Pleo offer corporate cards and expense management. But when it comes to Finnish and Swedish accounting integrations, travel expenses, and real-time automation, the differences matter.
